Standard Terms and Rates

In all business, administrative or government dealings with Jim Karabatsos, the following conditions apply. If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not engage Jim Karabatsos for any work or business dealings. These conditions apply unless varied or waived in a specific written agreement.

Standard Rates

The standard rate for Jim Karabatsos’s time is $500 AUD per hour or part thereof.

This rate applies in all situations where Jim Karabatsos is required to spend time on administrative processes related to an engagement.

If a scheduled meeting is delayed by more than 15 minutes, or needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $500 will be payable.

Payment Terms

All payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Invoices will quote Jim Karabatsos’s ABN and will detail whether and how much GST has been included.
