In all business, administrative or government dealings with Jim Karabatsos, the following conditions will apply. If you do not agree with these conditions, then please do not engage Jim Karabatsos for any work or in any business dealings. These conditions will apply unless varied or waived in a specific agreement.
The standard rate for Jim Karabatsos's time is $500 AUD per hour or part thereof.
The standard rate will apply in all situations where Jim Karabatsos is required to spend time to deal with administative processes.
If a scheduled meeting is delayed by more than 15 minutes or needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $500 will be payable.
All payments are due within 7 days of invoice.
Invoices will quote an ABN for Jim Karabatsos which will detail whether and how much GST has been included.
